A portable, grab-and-go charcuterie board shaped like a football, filled with salty meats, creamy cheeses, crunchy crackers, and briny pickles in individual cones. Perfect for game day parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 slices prosciutto
  • 1215 slices Genoa salami
  • 2025 slices pepperoni
  • 68 ounces brie cheese, cut into small wedges
  • 46 ounces aged cheddar, cubed into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup mini crackers or crostini
  • ½ cup cornichons
  • ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup Marcona almonds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 cup fresh grapes (red or green)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients: cube aged cheddar into ½-inch pieces, cut brie into small wedges, slice prosciutto into thirds lengthwise, leave salami and pepperoni whole, rinse and dry grapes, drain olives and cornichons.
  2. Arrange paper cones on a large wooden board in the shape of a football, starting with a center line and adding cones on either side to create tapered ends.
  3. Fill each cone with heavier items at the bottom (cheddar cubes, mozzarella pearls, olives), then add softer items (brie wedge, prosciutto fold, salami roll), and finally tuck in crackers, almonds, and a cornichon.
  4. Fill gaps between cones with extra grapes, crackers, olives, and almonds to make the board look abundant.
  5. Place small bowls of honey and whole grain mustard at the ends of the football shape. Drizzle honey over visible brie wedges. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  6. Step back and check for empty spots, filling them with extra grapes or crackers. Adjust any sparse cones.

Notes

Don’t overfill cones to prevent tipping. Keep crackers out until serving to maintain crunch. Assemble up to 4 hours ahead and refrigerate; pull out 20 minutes before serving. For best flavor, let board sit at room temperature for about an hour.
