A quick and easy Halloween treat made with white chocolate, popped popcorn, and candy corn. This simple bark is perfect for last-minute parties and requires no special techniques.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 6 to 8 cups popped popcorn (plain, unsalted)
  • 1 to 1.5 cups candy corn
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Additional melted chocolate for drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, then continue in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).
  3. Add popped popcorn and candy corn to the melted chocolate. Gently fold with a silicone spatula until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick).
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt or drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until the chocolate is completely set.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and break into irregular pieces. Serve immediately or store.

Notes

Ensure all equipment is completely dry to prevent chocolate from seizing. Use fresh popcorn for best crunch. If chocolate is too thick, add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Do not use the freezer as it may cause cracking; use the refrigerator for even cooling.
