Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into sticks about ¼ to ½ inch thick, aiming for uniform size.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs (if using), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Lightly spray or brush the zucchini sticks with olive oil or cooking spray.
