Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to remove moisture and set aside.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine honey, chopped chipotle peppers in adobo, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until fully mixed.
