  • Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) or Crushed Graham Crackers or Digestive Biscuits or Chocolate Chips or Melted Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare your base by softening cream cheese or chilling coconut milk. For cream cheese, leave it out for 30 minutes before mixing to avoid lumps. If using coconut milk, shake the can well to mix the cream and liquid.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine your creamy base with the sweetener of choice. Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat until smooth and fluffy. Look for a consistency that’s creamy but holds a bit of shape.
  3. Fold in fresh berries, chocolate chips, or crushed cookies gently. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture light and airy.

Notes

If the mixture is too thick before chilling, add a splash of milk or cream to loosen it. If too soft after chilling, freeze for 10-15 minutes to firm up without turning icy. Use dairy-free cream cheese or coconut yogurt for vegan or lactose-intolerant options. Thaw and drain frozen berries well before use to avoid extra moisture. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended for dairy-heavy versions.
