  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • ½ cup yellow cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries into ¼-inch thick rounds or halves.
  3. Dice the mango into ½-inch cubes.
  4. Cube the cheddar cheese into ½-inch cubes.
  5. Halve the grapes lengthwise.
  6. Assemble the rainbow in a bento box: red strawberries, orange mango, yellow cheese, green grapes, and blue blueberries.
  7. Add any optional extras like carrots or crackers.
  8. Seal the container and refrigerate until ready to pack.
