  • 1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning, plus extra for sprinkling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or pinch of smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  2. Using a sharp knife, slice each mini everything bagel in half horizontally and set aside.
  3. Thinly slice the English cucumber. Pat slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto the cut side of each bagel half.
  5. Top each with 2-3 cucumber slices, then sprinkle a little extra everything bagel seasoning on top.
  6. Place the sandwich tops on and gently press down to secure. Arrange on a serving platter and serve within 1 hour for best texture.
