A refreshing and floral iced latte made with cold-brew coffee, honey, lavender syrup, and milk, perfect for a quick summer pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold-brew coffee
  • 1 to 1.5 tablespoons (1522 ml) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lavender syrup
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk or milk alternative (whole, oat, or almond milk)
  • A generous handful of ice cubes (about 6 to 8 cubes)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of honey in 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of warm water until fully dissolved.
  2. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) cold-brew coffee into a mixing glass and add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lavender syrup; stir well.
  3. Add the dissolved honey mixture to the coffee and lavender blend and stir until integrated.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup (120 ml) of milk or milk alternative and stir gently to combine.
  5. Fill the glass with a generous handful of ice cubes (6 to 8 cubes) and stir gently.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or milk as desired.
  7. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with a sprig of fresh lavender.

Notes

Warm water helps dissolve honey better to avoid clumps. Use a smooth, mellow cold brew to balance the floral lavender notes. Fresh ice cubes improve flavor and chill. For a frothy finish, shake the latte in a jar with a lid before pouring over ice.
